Artography Limited provides you with the shipping carrier of your choice to delivery your artwork. You will be notified of the shipping information when the order is shipped and you will be able to track your package.
Please allow 7-10 business days for US Shipping, up to 15 business days for Canada. Worldwide shipping is approximately 16-18 days for your order to arrive. It is free shipping in the U.S.
Returns:
We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy! You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase free of charge.
If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 15 days of delivery. It is free return in the U.S.
Simply email us to: sales@artographylimited.shop or call us at: 212-951-1722 and include the following information:
- The order number and email address used to place the order.
- Your reason for returning the order.
- Whether you would prefer a replacement or refund.
Our Customer Service team will respond to your email in 24 hours and advise on how to proceed with the return. Please retain the product and all packaging so that it can be used for the return and for inspection.
Once we have received your return, we will:
- Shipp a new art work of an equivalent value for replacement; or
- Issue a refund to the same form of payment in 7 days.
