It was shot in 1953 by Frank Worth, a legend in Hollywood Photography. Frank Worth’s friends were some of the greatest Hollywood stars of the 1940’s to 1960’s. Starting with his girlfriend, Norma Jean, who later changed her name to Marilyn Monroe, Worth migrated into the homes and lives of Hollywood’s greatest stars, including Frank Sinatra, Elizabeth Taylor, Natalie Wood, Jams Dean and so many more.
He never published his images. As a trusted go to resource at intimate parties and events, he captured some of the greatest moments, locked in time until now. This remarkable, rare and highly valuable collection of negatives, accumulated over a period of 60 years, was discovered in his home after his passing in 1999. The negatives reveal a diverse, previously unseen catalog of Frank Worth's Hollywood stars and starlets, locked in time, a virtual historic panoramic view of Hollywood’s Golden Age.
